I'm a huge fan of Noel's, I own every CD attached to his name and have gone to a number of concerts over the years! I congratulate him on this great honour as well and look at him as one of the last remaining bright lights of inspired music in a generation that needs it so badly. I pray that he keeps writing more great music like he’s created on “High Flying Birds” and all the past Oasis material. I know that most people here are his fans and excited about his music but I just have one slight correction to make to “Hiromi Gallagher’s” comment referring to Noel that “he is the genius and GOD” No disputing Noel’s musical genius but neither he nor any of us is God and that fact needs to be made clear and not taken lightly! I’m sure that Hiromi like any of us was simply happy to congratulate Noel and was caught up in the moment but no question, God has blessed Noel with great talent and all of us the ability to appreciate and recognise his gifts! Noel, thank you for your great work and may God continue to bless you, your family and all your future endeavours!

Well-deserved and more than well-earned accolade. Thank you for defining a generation and then some! The first song my 3-year-old could sing well, and just recently, was "AKA....What a Life." The first song "I" remember singing well (and being 2 or 3) was "Nowhere Man" Your song will now stick with my "baby" for life, as well as the appreciation for good music. Thank you for that as well!

20 years late but its about time they recognize him for his work. Well deserved, Congrats Noel :)
