'Had to get a guy to show me how to work the remote control.'

Yes comrades…

So, where were we?

That last gig in San Francisco was mega. It might even have been the best one so far!! Almighty atmosphere. Thanks to everyone for coming out.

Been back in London the last few days. Great to see The Mighty I… Bunny Dread… Irie Nancy and that blimmin' cat.

Jet lag's a killer though. Was up at 4am every night since I got back. Been catching up on the football though so every cloud, eh?

Did that Jools Holland programme for the 1st time in 16 years last Tuesday… SIXTEEN YEARS!!!!! That's outrageous, I cannot believe it's been that long. We was on with them Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bjork and a load of other people I'd never heard of. It was good though. I enjoyed being back.

You find me in Madrid. Dunno what this hotel is called but it's very modern and very hi-tech. Had to get a guy to come up to my room last night to show me how to work the fuckin' remote control for the bastard telly!!! Don't laugh, you would've struggled with it too.

Some fans outside the hotel before were not much older than my 11 year old daughter!! Proper kids… A bit disconcerting to say the least.

In a bit.

GD.

I was at the San Francisco show. It was very good, and people were lively. So many light blue shirts, it was like being at a Man city match. Loved the show, but get them to crank on the compressor, lots of the high vocal stuff didn't come through. Fantastic theater, too, first time I've been in there!

@ Nick Clark, I'm actually making a rock album right now. I've never watched X-Factor. I have an orchestra composer / minister helping me write the music. I did have a sucky childhood but in the long run I am glad of it, it is often said that spiritual awareness is born of suffering and my own turmoil was what inspired me to find inner peace and love. Have a nice day or night or whatever it is.

@ James Cassidy. I don't agree, though it's true I used to be messed up. When I was a kid my Dad used to tell me I was the devil child, and just coz my cousins were African my parents used to play the BBC news all the time and tell me I was spoiled coz I'm not a starving African and then my severely demented Grandmother moved in the house and I got kicked around by my Dad and kicked out of the house a lot. Then I was messed up, thank God I had Noel's music to get messed up to.

@Nick Clark, um no meds. The world is very small, nuclear warfare is a big problem. I don't know much about light sabers, but I know that we have enough human nature in common that the world could live as one.

@Ged Kelly, yes thank you, I have about attained a state of Christ consciousness and I'm a polite kind of person so it could just go unnoticed but I would rather be a rock star and get a lot of attention. Have a great day.
